CIFNet scheduled network or server maintenance may occur after 11PM local time and prior to 8AM local time on any day, provided CIFNet has given customers 48 hours notice prior to the change. CIFNet will provide planned maintenance notification via email or/and publicly accessable web page.
If emergency maintenance is required, CIFNet will perform the maintenance in a manner that, in its opinion, results in the best possible service to all customers. CIFNet will attempt to contact all effected customers before performing an emergency maintenance.
CIFNet cannot control its network and telco providers. As information becomes available regarding provider maintenance, CIFNet will forward this information to customers.
