For security reasons, CIFNet must approve all requests to removal equipment from CIFNet facilities. Please contact noc at cifnet.net with a list of what equipment you would like to removal, the date and time you would like to removal the equipment and the name of the person(s) who will be removing the equipment.
You must notify CIFNet 24 hours in advance of any request to removal equipment from CIFNet facilities.
Client's accounts must be in good standing before any equipment may be removed.
Please fill out a Property Removal Form and email it noc at cifnet.net, which will include the following information:
- Your name:
- Company/Organization Name:
- Contact number:
- Date of removal:
- Permanent or Temporary Removal, if temporary, please include return date.
- Reason for Removal
- Item(s) Description, Serial Number(s)
Building Security may verify that the contents of any packages leaving CIFNet facilities match the information on the removal form. That may involve opening packages to confirm the contents.
Clients are responsible for making pickup arrangements from the loading dock area or the front door.
